Sparkle and Spice Psychology

Sparkle and Spice Psychology offers various services aimed at fostering the emotional, behavioural, social, and academic growth of children. Coming from an Ecological Systems perspective, Dani knows that children do best when the adults around them are supported and aligned. Dani works closely with children, parents, and, when beneficial, educators and health professionals to ensure that everyone involved in the care team feels understood and assured.

Dani provides counselling support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation (including anger management), grief and loss, and conflict management, particularly in friendships. Dani loves supporting young people to understand and embrace their neurotype. 

Additionally, Dani conducts psychological and educational assessments, focusing on learning difficulties, ADHD, and Autism.

 

She also offers Professional Learning opportunities to school teams on Tier 2 and 3 interventions for a range of needs commonly experienced by young people in schools.

While most sessions take place on Saturdays, school based work and online parent sessions do occur on weekdays.

Fees: Dani charges $220 per hour for counselling and assessment services.  The APS recommended rate is $311 per hour.
